Return&Refund Policy

 

All SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, LINGERIE, GALA & CUSTOM MADE DRESSES, HANDMADE ITEMS and SWIMWEAR are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase: refunds are not available (except if the item has defect)

  • The size doesn't fit: you may exchange for another size

  • The item has defect (the issue will be evaluated by us): you may return it for an exchange or return it for a refund

Please email support@fashionlike.me prior to returning your merchandise. You have 7 days from the date you receive the merchandise. A store solution will be issued ONLY if the merchandise is returned in its original, unworn condition.

 

Please note the following:

  • Members are responsible for ALL shipping costs and Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Items may be out of stock.  Fashionlike.me will make every attempt to contact the member in the event of out of stock inventory.

  • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
