Return&Refund Policy

We take maximum 1 week to process returns, after we received your request with all the data needed! We know it can be a total bummer! We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused. 

All SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, LINGERIE, GALA & CUSTOM MADE DRESSES, HANDMADE ITEMS and SWIMWEAR are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Not eligible for a refund: We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undelivered, or because of an incorrect or insufficient address. 

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase: refunds are not available (except if the item has defect)

  • The size doesn't fit: you may exchange for another size

  • The item has defect (the issue will be evaluated by us): you may return it for an exchange or return it for a refund

Please email support@fashionlike.me prior to returning your merchandise. You have 7 days from the date you receive the merchandise. A store solution will be issued ONLY if the merchandise is returned in its original, unworn condition. We take maximum 1 week to process returns, after we received your request with all the data needed! Please note the following:

  • You are responsible for ALL return shipping costs and Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your return stays on customs we are not responsible for pay the import duties so your return may return back to you.

  • Items may be out of stock.  Fashionlike.me will make every attempt to contact the member in the event of out of stock inventory.

  • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time *usually 5 working days* before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
