All orders are processed in the order they are received. This takes typically between 1-3 business days or 5-10 business days for handmade items (premium shoes, "costume" dresses/bodysuits).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking to help monitor the movement of your package live. If you haven't received by email a tracking number by the 5th business day, please check your spam inbox <3
Depending on the shipping method selected, most orders leave our Distribution Center within 48 business hours after the order is placed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages.
Customs and Taxes:
Packages may be delayed due to unexpected circumstances such as random customs inspections, or other unknown reasons. Customs, import taxes, tariffs, and item seizures are the sole responsibility of the customers. We will always dispatch your order so you don't need to pay tax, but we cannot guarantee there will be no tax.
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of an incorrect or insufficient address.
It's from your responsibility to follow the item and their updates during delivery time. If after the delivery time of the delivery method you choose you don't receive the item we are unable to help you.
It is normal that your tracking number is not instantaneously working when you receive your tracking number. While the package is traveling to you it won't have updates - only when your national post gives input of the package in your country then the tracking number will work on your national post website.
