Orders and Payments

It is critical that you make contact with us as soon as possible because before your order has shipped, there is a still a chance we can change it (though this is not guaranteed). However, once an order has been dispatched, there is nothing we can do to retrieve it and the order cannot be cancelled.

If your order has already shipped, you will need to wait until the items you ordered arrive and then arrange an exchange.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. We do not accept payments by bank transfer, check or cash.

We will always take steps to make sure you will not be liable for taxes or customs duties, and while in almost all cases this works out well, we cannot guarantee it as we do not control the customs process in each of the countries we ship to, nor can we influence local. With respect to sales taxes / VAT, we do not collect this tax and it is each individual customer's responsibility to ensure his or her compliance with the local laws of his/her state or country.

Shipping and Tracking

You certainly can! Whether you choose our free economy shipping or our premium express shipping, all shipping is tracked. Simply click on Track My Order (found in the 'Help' menu at the top of the page), or follow the tracking link received by email. You can also login to your account and track there and you will always receive a tracking number by email.

It can take up to one week to dispatch items. It is very often quicker (usually the next working day), but sometimes, during busy times, it may take longer.

Our shipping times are estimates based on previous orders and our manufacturers' timelines, but we cannot guarantee shipping times.

We really want to bring you the newest, hottest curated looks and, to enable us to do this, we ship directly from our manufacturing partners from around the world. Don't worry, your order will arrive and will still be fabulous on you when it does! If you have any problems or questions, you can contact our friendly support team.

Premium express shipping costs USD 22.50 per item. This is to have your item sent by fast global courier, such as DHL, FedEx, TNT or similar.

You can contact us any time you like on our 'Get In Touch' page, but we'd recommend allowing up to 40 days for items shipped by free economy shipping and up to 10 days for items shipped by Premium Express shipping. If you contact us before these dates, chances are your order is still in transit.

Tracking numbers don't show much in the way of meaningful information until the package arrives in your country. At that point, you'll be able to see everything. Since we dispatch from Asia, this is usually a bit of a wait, but rest assured, your tracking number will update.

Returns

Yes, we accept returns on most items for any reason within 15 days of receipt. For reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns for lingerie, swimwear and earrings. We also cannot accept returns for custom made items. All returns must be made with the original tags intact and returned with the original packaging. We provide store credit for 100% of the value of your items for all refunds. If you are not satisfied with any item, we always offer exchanges. Please ensure you read our full returns policy before placing your order.

Returns are sent directly to our manufacturer's facilities. The addresses for these vary by item, but don't worry, once a return has been agreed and processed, the address will be provided. For returns in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Spain and Russia, we are usually able to provide a returns label.

In most instances for returns in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Spain and Russia, we provide free and easy local returns. You will be provided with a free returns label to drop your items off at your local post office. In all other countries, the cost of returns must be borne by the customer.
